The Sadiya College Central Library which is the heart of the college was established in 1982. it is well equipped library, centrally located with open access system and does provide right impetus for the intellectual growth of the students, teachers and other around. The floor area of library building in a structure with 3,626 sq. ft.
The library has a collection of 16,244 of books. The library has some special collections on Assamese Novel, compiled works of particular writer, collection on women studies, Northeast region, Sudhakantha Bhupen Hazarika, Souvenir of Sadiya. Apart from these special collections the library has a good collection of encyclopedias, dictionaries, books on competitive examinations, journal and magazines, newspapers and collections of rare books.
The library is partially automated with Integrated Library Management System named SOUL 3.0. SOUL 2.0 (installed in 2020) was upgraded to SOUL 3.0 in 2021, designed and developed by INFLIBNET Centre for automating in house activities and services of the library along with barcode facility. The Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) is made available for searching library resources.
